        Andrew has helped us with a number of successful projects. When we first purchased our home, Andrew oversaw the construction of a patio enlargement and cover that we use year-round. Andrew also coordinated the extension of a sidewalk around our home and the addition of a slab behind our fence that serves as storage for our trash receptacles and a shed for lawn tools. Andrew also painted the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. We really appreciate Andrew's professionalism and his attention to detail!!

ALL EXTERIOR ENTRY DOORS WERE REPLACED, NEW 42' CABINETS WERE INSTALLED, NEW FLOORING.....& HE WAS CAREFUL IN REMOVING OLD CABINETS SO I COULD USE THEM IN A RENTAL PROPERTY. HE WORKED WITH GIVING ME A FEW CUSTOM TOUCHES & DESIGN IN-PUT; WHICH I APPRECIATED SO MUCH!! ALSO I WAS COMFORTABLE GIVING HIM A CODE TO MY HOME SO I COULD COME & GO AS I NEEDED.          I would like to take the time to say a few words about the Cassady Team.... We never get to hear when somebody does good... We only hear when there are bad stories to tell... Andrew Cassady & his Team are real, upstanding, honest working folks that you can count on getting the job done right the 1st time at a reasonable cost! They have done several projects for me & I have been highly satisfied with their caliber of work. They are always respectful of your home & never leave behind a mess for you the homeowner to clean up. I like that they leave their muddy shoes outside the front door! Andrew & his crew are very respectful that way & I always feel safe with them here. I have no worries about them being inside my home if I am not there as well. Like I said Honest & Upstanding ! I know that if I have any kind of home repair I can call them & get a good quality job done at a fair reasonable price.... So many times we call on a handyman or contractor & feel like we're just being raked over the coals on the price, only to get a shotty or less desirable outcome of a project...
